Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes! All Canadian orders ship directly from Canada, so you avoid U.S. customs and long waits. We ship to any address in Canada by UPS or FedEx.
Do you ship to the US
Yes! All US orders ship directly from US, so you avoid customs and long waits. We ship to any address in the contiguous United States serviced by UPS or FedEx.
How long does shipping take?
For low quantity orders that fall under our flat rate shipping, shipping times will vary depending on the recipient’s address. This typically ranges from 1 to 5 business days for both the United States and Canada.
Which addresses qualify for flat rate shipping?
Addresses serviced by UPS qualify for flat rate shipping if they are within the following states and provinces:
- Contiguous USA (lower 48 states)This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and territories such as Puerto Rico
- Canadian provincesThis excludes the territories (Yukon, Northwest, and Nunavut)In addition, we are not able to provide flat rates to Newfoundland Island (flat rates still apply to Labrador)
If an address is not applicable for our flat rate shipping, we will use live carrier rates provided by the shipping company.
What are GWNProWrestlingShop shipping rates?
shipping rates depend on product, quantity, weight, and destination.
For low quantity orders, we offer flat shipping rates. To learn how we calculate them, click here. The link is our supplier's website.
For higher quantity orders, our shipping rates are based on the live rates calculated by our carriers (UPS and FedEx).
Why is my shipping cost higher than the shipping profile rate?
Sometimes you may notice that your shipping cost is higher than the standard shipping profile cost shown in our store. This happens when your order is shipping to certain U.S. states or Canadian provinces that require us to calculate live carrier rates instead of using the flat profile rate or when we use a different supplier for a product(hats).
Why do we use live shipping rates?
The shipping profile cost is a generic standard rate that applies to most regions. However, shipping carriers often charge significantly more to deliver to certain states or provinces. If we were to charge only the flat profile rate in these cases, the actual shipping cost would exceed what was collected.
To ensure fairness and accuracy, for these regions we always use live shipping rates directly from carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and charge the lowest available option.
When does this apply?
Live shipping rates are applied if your shipping address is in one of the following areas:
Canada
- NT – Northwest Territories
- NL – Newfoundland and Labrador
- YT – Yukon
- NU – Nunavut
USA
- AK – Alaska
- AS – American Samoa
- GU – Guam
- MP – Northern Mariana Islands
- PR – Puerto Rico
- UM – U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
- VI – U.S. Virgin Islands
- HI – Hawaii
- DC – District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.)
Orders & Returns
Can I return or exchange my merch?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Can I cancel, hold, or make changes to an order?
Canceling, holding, or changing an order is not always possible. We are only able to cancel, hold, or change an order if it has not been sent to production yet. To make a request, please email gwnprowrestlingshop@gmail.com within 8 hours of placing order.
Please note cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee as our system automation sends instant purchase orders to our suppliers for blank garments, which are generally processed shortly after the time of the order.
Once the order has been sent to production, we are no longer able to cancel, hold, or change the job.
If the order is put on hold due to out-of-stock issues you have 30 days to choose another option. After 30 days the order will automatically be canceled with a full refund.
Order placed on hold on customer’s request
If an order has not yet entered production, you can request to put it on hold. The hold must not exceed 25 days. If you wish to cancel the order after 25 days, a blank merchandise price will be charged.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Every order comes with a tracking number emailed to you after it ships.
Products & Sizing
Where do your products come from?
All merchandise is officially licensed or approved by the wrestlers/promotions we work with. Most items are assembled in Canada. Occasionally, for certain extended sizes, items may produced in the US.
Our top quality printing comes from using technology and inks developed by Kornit, the industry-leading brand in DTG printing.
How do I know my size?
Each apparel product has a size chart on its page. We recommend checking before ordering, as sizes may vary by brand.
Are the designs exclusive?
Yes! Many items are exclusive to GWN Pro Wrestling Shop, featuring Canadian and indie wrestling talent.
What materials do you print on?
We print on a variety of materials, ranging from apparel to corrugated plastic to canvas and more.
Our apparel selection includes apparel made with the following materials:
- 100% cotton
- cotton-polyester blend
- triblend (cotton, polyester, rayon)
100% Cotton
100% cotton is our bestselling type of apparel. This is also the material we recommend for the best results with bright, bold colors.
Cotton-Polyester Blend
Cotton-polyester blend is better for athleticwear than pure cotton clothing because it contains moisture-wicking properties.
Triblend
Made with a blend of cotton, polyester, and rayon, triblend material has great draping qualities that create a more flattering fit. While some printers have trouble printing on this material, Printbest’s™ DTG printing can print bright colors and crisp images even on triblend apparel.
What kind of printing do you do?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for all our apparel orders with industry-leading Kornit technology.
We use dye sublimation for all our other products.
What are the washing instructions for your products?
Printed Apparel Care Instructions
The tag on each garment contains recommended care instructions for the garment itself; however, these instructions don’t take into account the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process.
To help DTG printing last as long as possible, we recommend following the instructions below:
Washing
- Turn the garment inside-out
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Use mild detergent and a gentle cycle
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
- Do not dry clean or use any fabric softeners
Drying
- Hang dry when possible
- Tumble dry on a low cycle when necessary
Ironing
Iron inside-out on a cool setting
Do not iron the printed area. Great White North Pro Wrestling Shop is not responsible for damage caused otherwise.
